Thirteen years a clearance diver in the Royal New Zealand Navy, then five companies of his own. He co-founded Edison and ran its marketing into Spark, AMP and Southern Cross. Rich has qualified the leads, chased the quotes and answered the after-hours calls himself. He knows which jobs are worth handing to a machine because he has done all of them.
